ABOUT

Still Enough x Surreallo

Still Enough x Surreallo is where art and wellness meet.

Welcome! Thank you for being here. Im Lo, a wellness-inspired surrealism artist certified in Mind & Body Somatics and Somatics Integration. I founded Still Enough to make wellness feel lighter, more accessible and supportive through everyday life.

After years of exploring (in a very non-linear path) how psychology, neuroscience and somatics can support my own mental and physical health and getting lost in the vast options, I created The "Healing" Pathway - a flexible sequence of simple, universal mind-body tools that reduce the overwhelm of not knowing where to start, increase clarity, while supporting you wherever you choose to go.

So you can discover what "healing" authentically means to you - through self-trust, choice and taking the next step that feels most aligned with where you want to be.

OUR MISSION

To help people navigate daily life, unexpected challenges or stressors with simple,
universal mind-body tools.

ABOUT

What is
Still Enough?

Still Enough is a reminder that we can mold ourselves, instead of being shaped by the world around us or by circumstance.

Created to support people as they move through everyday life, from stressors to unexpected challenges, with more physical ease and mental clarity.

Offering simple, universal tools and mind-body pathways that turn constant self-improvement, into feeling ready for whatever’s next, as you are now.

Because "healing" doesn’t have to mean fixing, and wellness doesn't have to feel overwhelming or heavy. It can mean trusting in our choices, without the pressure to make progress, so naturally when we take the next step, it feels authentic and aligned with where we want to be.

Blending psychology, neuroscience, somatic (body-based) practices, and visual anchors, these tools help organize the overwhelm of not knowing where to start, into organized resources. Making it easier to respond to life in ways that create new experiences, rather than repeating old patterns that keep us feeling stuck or in constant survival mode - so you can focus more on living, creating, connecting and what's most important to you.
